St. Cecilia Memorial Hospital Owo was built and equipped with ultra-modern facilities for general medical care.  It is a showcase of indigenous sustainable  development partnership in the health sector. It is a private-faith based partnership. The hospital is a project of Peter Mbah Foundation but managed and run by the Sisters of the Daughters of Divine Love Congregation of for Enugu Catholic diocese. Located at Owo in Nkanu East LGA of Enugu state, it serves for the wellbeing of Owo community and its environs. The facilities include laboratory, theatre, pharmacy, X-ray, ultrasound, maternal and neonatal care. Moreover it has a standard catering unit and staff quarters. From its inception on November 22nd 2021, the hospital has been enjoying a robust patronage from the communities around. It took its first delivery on the 2nd of December, 2021. Since then, many women and children have been saved from maternal and neonatal deaths.
