PETER MBAH FOUNDATION
Chinaza Mary Okeke, a third year Accounting student of the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu, received a scholarship fund from Peter Mbah Foundation. The fund served to clear her accumulated school fees from first year. It Chinaza is from enabled her to sit for her third year promotional examinations, thus guaranteeing her to continue her tertiary education.
Chinaza lost her father soon after gaining the admission. She started a local snacks business of zobo and buns. The proceeds covered her admission acceptance fees, and has been taking care of her personal expenses. However, paying school fees has remained a daunting challenge. The school recently made it clear that she would be rusticated if the backlog is not cleared. She made a spirited appeal to Peter Mbah Foundation. The Foundation granted her a scholarship, paying off the backlog.
Chinaza is from Ugbo-Okpala in Awgu local government area of Enugu state.
