Every girl deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, live with dignity and fulfil her potential, regardless of her physical condition or circumstances. Uchechi’s story reflects the importance of investing in girls’ rights and well-being. As a beneficiary of the Peter Mbah Foundation’s scholarship programme, the Foundation went further to provide her with a prosthetic leg, helping to improve her mobility, dignity and quality of life. This intervention demonstrates our commitment to going beyond financial support for education to addressing the practical needs of vulnerable children and creating opportunities for them to thrive.
