St. Cecilia Memorial Hospital Owo a project of Peter Mbah Foundation, registered 100 persons from Owo and its environs under Health Insurance scheme. On the road to attain “Health for All”.
However, the foundation reached out to hospitals like Enugu State Teaching Hospital Park lane, National Orthopaedics Hospital Enugu, University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital Ituku where some bills were paid for discharged patients to go home.
